Throughout his career, Mr. Zacharias has held significant roles in the real estate industry, including working as a real estate attorney at Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft and a real estate broker at Cushman & Wakefield.

In 2001, Mr. Zacharias took over management of his family's office, which encompassed a variety of enterprises, including parking garages, vehicle rental facilities, automotive repair and body shops, and other real estate assets.
